Stackrizz Services Private Limited is committed to delivering high-quality software services. Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once services have commenced. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Stackrizz Services Private Limited. This Refund policy is applicable to all the billable products enlisted in the enterprise website of Stackrizz Private limited, comprising of applications Business Requirement Suite (BRS), AlphaSkyNet, Referral Code Mart, and X2Money. All the services provided by the enterprise abide with the Refund and cancellation policy as mentioned in this clause. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Refund Policy.

While refunds are not typical, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Stackrizz Services Private Limited may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

Based on the tenure with which the customer had utilized the services and the appropriate plans present within the application, so as to incur the capital invested, the customers will be provided a cancellation fee based on the services chosen. This is will be stated entirely on the discretion of the company and with compliance to the customer as well.

Upon cancellation, Stackrizz Services Private Limited will retain customer data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations. Customers may request data deletion or transfer as per their rights under these laws.

Additional Information

Cancellation requests may be subject to a processing time of 5 business days as mentioned earlier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all outstanding invoices are settled before the cancellation takes effect. Any hardware or software provided by Stackrizz Services Private Limited must be returned in good condition at the customer's expense.
